7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made products.

8. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

We are liable only for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
